BSBN was started from swiftlet farming since year 2005, after constantly study and research on how to effectively lure the swiftlet bird into bird’s house for few years, and it finally successful, BSBN further explore on how to clean and process the raw unclean bird’s nest. Nevertheless, the company is decided to invest to start up a processing factory, more so with the compliance of food manufacturing standard, and finally BSBN has more than 10 years of experience in this industry.
BSBN is the only few companies which able to handling and cover from the raw material until the finished products such as farming, harvesting, processing, wholesale (raw-unclean and raw clean) and until the end of finished products. BSBN monitoring each step of production, from the filter raw unclean nest, picking, screening, sorting, pick feather, packaging and transportation to ensure quality assurance. Furthermore, BSBN has their own integrated system to handle and monitor and trace our bird’s nest from the harvest at the farm/bird’s house until it reached to consumer hand. As a food manufacturer, the company is implementing natural processing and strictly hygiene and sanitation standard and selecting only best quality product for the market, and responsibility to apply more about health permits, to ensure that our food is in line with food safety permits.
